KaamWala helps customers and independent workers find each other. Agree on the work, price, schedule, materials and payment directly before work starts. A bid or profile badge is not a guarantee of identity, safety, skill or quality. Skill-certificate review is not government or police verification.

Do not post illegal services, misleading claims, discriminatory content, harassment, threats, private information belonging to others or images you do not have permission to share. Use Report / block from a job or chat to report abuse and block an account. Manage blocked accounts from Profile > Safety & blocked accounts. Contact support about disputes or an ongoing work agreement. We may restrict accounts or remove content that violates these rules.

This release has no paid premium purchase or in-app payment service. Do not send money based only on a profile or an unconfirmed promise. You remain responsible for fulfilling the agreements you make with other users.

You can delete your account from Profile > Delete account. Deletion is permanent and may cancel an ongoing job assignment. Complete or settle any ongoing work with the other person before deleting your account.

For help, email the support address above with a description of the issue. Never send your password, recovery code or government identity document by email.
